ABOUT ME

For more than ten years, my life was defined by one challenge after another as I fought through two battles with breast cancer. While I was incredibly grateful to survive, the financial impact was overwhelming. Eventually, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life: leave my suburban home in Lockport, Illinois, and start over somewhere new.

I began searching for a place where I could truly heal—a place that offered peace, beauty, and a fresh start. That search led me to Vienna, Illinois, a quiet community nestled alongside the breathtaking Shawnee National Forest.

The moment I saw the listing photos of this property, I fell in love. It had everything I had been hoping for. I lived six hours away, but I knew I couldn't let it slip away. I was almost ready to buy it sight unseen.

Since I couldn't make the trip myself, I called my mother, who was living about an hour away, and asked if she could visit the property for me. She happily agreed.

When she arrived with the Realtor, something extraordinary happened. A doe and her fawn quietly settled into the field, as if they had been waiting to welcome her. In that moment, she knew this was where I was meant to begin healing.

A few seconds later, my phone buzzed with a text containing just one word:

"Sell."

That single word changed the course of my life.

Today, this little piece of Southern Illinois is more than my home -it's my sanctuary. It's where I discovered that healing isn't just about surviving difficult seasons. It's about creating a life filled with hope, gratitude, and purpose.

Now, I'm excited to share this special place with others. What began as my fresh start is growing into a flower farm where visitors can stroll through blooms and create their own beautiful bouquets. As the farm continues to blossom, I look forward to hosting intimate weddings, private gatherings, special events, and romantic dates surrounded by the beauty of nature. My hope is that everyone who visits leaves with fresh flowers, lasting memories, and a little more peace than they arrived with. Welcome—I can't wait to share this little slice of heaven with you.

We look forward to seeing you!
